Barbecue Chicken

Barbecue chicken is a popular and delicious dish that’s prepared by marinating chicken pieces in a flavorful sauce and then grilling or roasting them to perfection. The process infuses the chicken with a smoky, slightly sweet, and tangy flavor that is characteristic of barbecue cuisine.

Barbecue chicken consists of chicken parts or entire chickens that are barbecued, grilled, or smoked. The key to delicious BBQ chicken lies in controlled heat. Slow cooking ensures the chicken stays juicy on the inside while achieving a perfectly charred exterior. It’s a dish best enjoyed with khuboos, chapatis, or any flatbread of your choice. Don’t forget to pair it with mayonnaise or your favorite dip to elevate the flavor!
