First of all let me tell you one thing, exact measurement of ingredients is one of the main thing you must follow while making Brownie. Else you may end up with disappointment. But relax, here I will give you the correct way of preparing brownies with minimum ingredients. This recipe provides you a fudge and chocolaty brownie with crispy edges. After Baking, you will see that the brownie is finished in no time. I prefer having hot brownies with Ice creams.

Chocolate brownies typically contain the following key ingredients:

Chocolate: High-quality cocoa powder and/or chocolate bars or chips are essential for the rich chocolate flavor. Unsweetened chocolate or bittersweet chocolate is commonly used.

Butter: Butter adds moisture and richness to brownies. It's usually melted before being mixed with other ingredients.

Sugar: Granulated sugar is used to sweeten the brownies. The amount of sugar can vary depending on personal preference, but it's a crucial component for the sweet and chewy texture.

Eggs: Eggs serve as a binding agent and help create a tender texture. They also contribute to the overall structure of the brownies.

Flour: All-purpose flour is used to give the brownies structure. It's important not to overmix the batter to avoid making the brownies too cakey.

  1. All purpose flour – 3/4 cup

  2. Cocoa powder- 1/4 cup

  3. Sugar – 3/4 cup

  4. Chocolate compound- 200 gm

  5. Butter – 100 gm

  6. Egg – 3

  7. Vanilla Essence- 1.5 teaspoon

Method of preparation

  1. Take a bowl and add chocolate compound which are cut into pieces

  2. Add butter to it

  3. Double boil the chocolate and butter

  4. Stir it using a spatula

  5. After sometime, the mix melts

  6. Keep it aside for cooling

  7. Take another bowl, add eggs

  8. Using a beater, beat the eggs

  9. Add vanilla essence followed by sugar powder

  10. Mix it together

  11. Now add the chocolate and butter mix which is kept aside

  12. Add the dry ingredients- All purpose flour and cocoa powder

  13. Mix everything using a spatula

  14. Line the cake tin with butter paper and pour the batter to it

  15. Preheat the oven at 180°C and bake for 25 minutes

  16. After 25 minutes, the perfect brownie is ready
