Each piece of meat is different. The thickness, water content, fat density, and position of bones all affect its cooking time. A fatty cut of beef takes longer to cook. In this beef thoran recipe, we use only the meat portion without bones. Beef is a red meat, and a properly cooked red meat is dark and firm to touch. So, cook until the meat is firm.
In this recipe, beef pieces are shredded using a mixer. The masala is prepared separately and mixed with shredded coconut along with fennel seeds.
Make sure to keep the flame at a medium level so that the prepared masala, coconut, and beef blend well with each other, providing a delicious taste to our taste buds. If you want to try an easy and flavorful beef recipe, here’s a simple one for you.
