Ingredients :
Ripe tomato -3 nos
Maida -15 grams
Ghee- 15 grams
Salt- 1/2 tablespoon
White pepper powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Sugar -1/4 tablespoon
Fresh milk cream- 1/2 cup
Dry ginger powder- 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 300 ml
Ingredients :
Shrimp, cleaned and deveined – 250 g
Butter – 3 tablespoon
Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
Finely chopped onions – 1
Chopped garlic pods – 6
Milk – 1 ½ cup
All purpose flour – 2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – as needed
Method of preparation :
Cut tomatoes into large pieces and cook it in a pressure cooker till it becomes tender.
Take out from the pressure cooker and once it is cool down put it into the mixer grinder and make it into a paste.
Now in a pan heat the ghee and add maida and try it till it is golden brown.
Add the cooked tomato paste into it the pan.
Add salt, white pepper powder, sugar and dry ginger powder into the soup and stir well.
Keep the flame in simmer for 2 minutes.
