Stuffed bread with egg is a delicious and versatile dish that combines the goodness of bread and eggs, creating a satisfying and flavorful meal or snack. This is a very easy and quick evening snack. Here we slice off the top of the bread and carefully remove the soft interior, creating a hollow space to hold the stuffed egg mixture. Be careful not to tear the bread shell. To prepare the filling, crack a few eggs into a bowl and whisk them with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or seasonings. You can also add other ingredients like cooked bacon, vegetables, or cheese for added flavor. I had added tomatoes and capsicum to the egg mix to stuff in the center of bread.
